Benefits of the Massy Card Rewards Programme
The Massy Card Rewards programme is an enhanced loyalty programme which allows Massy Card cardholders to earn Massy Points when they shop at Massy Card loyalty partners in Barbados, Trinidad, Guyana, St. Lucia and St. Vincent.
When you swipe your Massy Card on qualifying purchases at any of over 50 loyalty partners across the region, the Massy Points you earn are accumulated on a loyalty account for you. You can redeem these points to SAVE MONEY on purchases at participating partner locations in Barbados, along with several additional redemption options.
Applying for a Massy Card Loyalty Card
Applying for a Loyalty card is easy! Pick up a registration form with a FREE Massy Card Key Tag at select loyalty partner locations island-wide, including Massy Stores. You can immediately begin swiping the Massy Card Key Tag on your purchases to start earning Massy Points at any loyalty partner location.
To complete the application process, you must register your Key Tag by filling out and following the easy instructions on the registration form. You can continue to swipe your Key Tag to earn Massy Points on qualifying purchases at all loyalty partner locations.
Registering the Massy Card Key Tag
To enjoy the full benefits of the Massy Card Rewards programme, you must register your Key Tag within 90 days of first use.* When you register, a Massy Card loyalty account is created for you and you will receive a personalised Massy Card Loyalty card in the mail within 2 weeks. This will allow you to log onto your loyalty account, keep track of your Massy Points balance and choose from several redemption options.
Please sign the back of your Loyalty card, to protect against fraud or in case your card is lost or stolen.
*Cards not activated within 90 days of first use will automatically expire.
Earning & Issuance of Massy Points
You earn Massy Points automatically every time you swipe your Key Tag or Loyalty card on qualifying purchases at any loyalty partner location. Points awarded may vary by partner location.
Kindly note that Massy Points are only awarded at the time of the purchase with presentation of your Key Tag or Loyalty card. Only the current customer is permitted to swipe his or her card to earn Massy Points on that transaction.
How to Earn When You Roam
You can swipe your Massy Card Key Tag or Loyalty card to earn Massy Points on qualifying purchases at all loyalty partner locations including Massy Stores in Trinidad, Guyana, St. Lucia and St. Vincent. However, please note that in these countries, your Loyalty card (or your Key Tag) cannot be used as a form of payment.
Tracking & Redeeming Your Massy Points
You can keep track of your Massy Points via your Massy Card account by logging on to massycard.com or the Massy Card App. You can also check your points balance by scanning your Key Tag or Loyalty Card at a price checker at select Massy Stores locations.
Once you have accumulated 100 or more Massy Points, you can select one of these easy redemption options:
- Pay With Points for items and services at Loyalty partner locations
- Transfer Massy Points to another cardholder’s account (Minimum transfer amount is 100 Massy Points)
- Donate Massy Points to your preferred choice from our list of supported charities
- Convert Massy Points to purchase Caribbean Airlines Miles (Minimum conversion level is 250 Massy Points)
Pay With Points
When you accumulate 100 or more Massy Points on your loyalty account, you can swipe your Massy Card to use those points to pay for items and services at participating loyalty partner locations and SAVE MONEY! You can use as many of your Massy Points towards any purchase as you wish. Please note that only the cardholder can Pay With Points on the Massy Card and must present valid government-issued identification to complete the transaction.
Expiration of Massy points
You can allow your Massy Points to accumulate on your account for later use. However, please note that unused Massy Points remaining on your loyalty account will expire after 15 months. If you need assistance with your Loyalty account, call the Massy Card Hotline.
Making Changes To your Loyalty Account
You can make changes to your loyalty account via massycard.com or the Massy Card App. In addition, you can call the Massy Card Hotline at 418-CARD (2273) for assistance. Please have a valid government-issued identification on hand.
In case of loss or theft, you can request a replacement Loyalty card by calling the Massy Card Hotline at 418-CARD (2273). Replacement cards are available at a cost of 100 Massy points.
